With respect to World Hindi Day celebration, the Hindi Department of the New Horizon School celebrated World Hindi Day with great exuberance. A special assembly was conducted where the students presented astonishing programmes by respecting the official language of India. The students had put before colourful varied performances such as songs, skit, story depiction, dance and fashion show. The dazzling performances of the students made everyone overwhelmed with jubilance which was headed by Hindi Head of the Department, Mrs. Sindhu Mohanlal. Mrs. Dipti Shah, The Academic Coordinator spoke about the importance of Hindi language. The Vice Principal Mrs. Vandana Sateesh felicitated Hindi department for the team dedication and hard work, wishing the teachers a Happy Hindi Day. Meanwhile, a poster making activity was conducted for the students to develop their creativity and the language skills followed by the program. Adding to this, proud moment of NHS was witnessed, as Hrithik Sivakumar secured 1st prize in Interschool Hindi Handwriting competition and Divyaansh Bhullar secured 2nd prize in Interschool Hindi Poem Recitation competition, on account of Vishwa Hindi Diwas Celebration.
